ACCESS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (ADA)

Chicago Street Course is committed to accommodating guests with disabilities (ADA) and offers a variety of accessible amenities.

At the NASCAR Chicago Street Race, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all fans, including those with disabilities. Below is key information to help guests with accessibility needs plan their visit.

Accessible Viewing Platforms & Seating

Accessible Viewing Platforms are available throughout the venue and are designated for guests using mobility devices. These areas are reserved to ensure clear sightlines for fans with disabilities and are available on a first-come, first-served basis for those with Grounds Passes. Guests who purchase reserved accessible seats will find detailed location information on their tickets.

Each guest using an Accessible Viewing Platform is welcome to have companions seated with them. While space is limited, families with minor children will never be asked to separate. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful and respectful of space so that everyone can enjoy the event comfortably.

Mobility Devices

Guests may bring their own personal mobility devices, including manual wheelchairs and electric convenience vehicles (ECVs) such as Hover-rounds, Jazzy chairs, and Rascals. If you use a different mobility device and have questions about it, you're encouraged to share a photo with event staff in advance. Manual aides such as crutches, knee scooters, and walkers are also permitted.

Please note that all devices, whether manual or motorized, will go through a respectful security screening upon entry.

Accessible Pathways

While there will be no golf cart shuttle service available due to safety regulations within Grant Park, more information about accessible pathways will be shared prior to the event to help guests navigate the grounds with greater ease.

Accessible Restrooms

Accessible restroom facilities are located throughout the venue, wherever standard restrooms are provided.

Accessible Parking

Parking is not available within Grant Park itself. However, there are multiple parking garages and lots nearby along South Michigan Avenue. All public and private facilities are required to provide accessible parking spaces for vehicles displaying a valid accessible placard or license plate. Parking fees will vary by location.

Service Animals

Guests with disabilities are welcome to attend the event with their Service Animal. The animal must be trained to perform specific tasks directly related to the person’s disability. Please note that emotional support and therapy animals, as well as personal pets, are not permitted.

When entering the event, your Service Animal will be screened and receive a colored band on its collar or harness to alert staff that it has already been checked. Service Animals must remain with their handler at all times, be under control, and be properly leashed or harnessed. Unsafe behavior may result in the animal being asked to leave.

Designated Service Animal Relief Areas will be located throughout the event site.

Dietary Needs & Medical Items

While outside food is not generally allowed, guests with specific medical or dietary needs are welcome to bring a reasonable amount of necessary nutritional items.
